General Responsibilities

| Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth (a 10′ x 20′ x 8′ area for set up) at event’s venue along with a 6 ft table for props and scrapbook assembly. | RoccNParty LLC will arrive 60-90 minutes prior to the service start time. |
| Client is responsible for providing power and Wi-Fi for the photo booth.The photo booth requires a 110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet (along a wall) of the set up area. | RoccNParty LLC will provide 2 prints per session. |
| A non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $100 of the total balance is due upon signing of contract. | RoccNParty Attendant will be respectful, professional, and engaging. |
| The remaining amount is due 14 days in advance of Client’s Event. If there are 14 days or less before the event, payment in full will be required at booking. | RoccNParty LLC will depart no later than 60 minutes after the service end time. |
| The Client is responsible for providing RoccNParty LLC parking free of charge within one block of venue. | In the event RoccNParty LLC is unable to supply a working Photo Booth for at least 80% of the Service Period, Client shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of service received. |
